How does it work?

Log on to the portal and request the service. You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire so we can personalize the program.

    First complete the questionnaire that is needed to set up your personal program.

  • 2 Start your program

    If you meet all (medical) requirements, you will receive your personal exercise- and nutrition plan immediately, allowing you to start on your chosen date. For additional support or questions about improving your lifestyle, you can reach out to our doctors through the “Online Consultation" service.

You can ask our doctors any lifestyle-related questions to support you throughout the program, all from the comfort of your own home.
