Our coaches can help you to get the tools you need to feel more confident in social situations or at work, to letting go of things that are happening in your life, to feel more comfortable in certain situations or to have a more positive outlook on life.

Your coach will help you identify the reason of your situation and guide you in taking targeted steps to feel better or to feel more in control. Our team consists of professional coaches with diverse backgrounds to give you the support you need. You can request an appointment and a coach will schedule a time that suits you best.

How does it work?

Request the service and a coach will contact you to plan a consultation.

  • 1 Request the service

    Log onto the portal and click on the button to request the service. Give a short description of your question or request and a coach will call you to schedule an appointment.

  • 2 Talk to a Mental Health Coach

    The coach will contact you on the planned time and discusses your situation. After the consultation you will receive a short report with what has been discussed and advised.

  • 3 Ongoing support

    The coach can plan a follow up consultation with you, to make sure you are on the right track. You can have up to 3 coaching sessions for one specific situation.

Get the support of our Mental Health Coaches in a language you feel comfortable from the comfort of you home.

The services are not available for emergency questions and emergency assistance. We will refer you to your doctor or professional counsellor if you are experiencing any of the following: suicidal thoughts or self-harm, psychosis, hallucinations, mania, schizophrenia, severe depression, PTSD, personality disorders, domestic violence and drug and alcohol addiction. If you are thinking about suicide or want to harm yourself, please contact the emergency services, where you will receive an immediate response.

  • This is not an emergency service. There are situations we are unable to handle. If you feel very unwell, we recommend going to your local emergency room.
